HAMPSHIRE HILL BARN

"The clients were keen to encourage wildlife, enhance the view of the valley, and create secluded areas across this exposed site which reflect William Robinson’s Gravetye Manor, with which they have an emotional connection."

THE CONCEPT

'Love Nature, Love Time, Love Space' - Truly understanding our place in space, time and nature induces love and appreciation for every precious moment.

The clients’ love of the dark, starry Hampshire skies, a poetic inscription mounted on their wall and a sundial unearthed in their garden, link the concept of time and space to this garden and to the greater landscape beyond.
